Does anyone know if it's possible to change to steel rims instead of alloys.Mine are a mess and need serious attention. I've read somewhere that maybe Vauxhall are making an alloy 'lookalike'. Mine are 235/45/17 tyres.Any advice appreciated.

Yes, steel ones can be had on ebay or from a Vauxhall breakers.
Try searching google (or what's left of it since it went to the dogs) for Allvox and Ultravaux
or you could just buy used alloys from the same places.
