Hi, recently bought the Lancer (1992, 1.5 GLX) and noticed the heater blower only works on position 4 (full) which is too fast (and loud)! Is this the resistor, and if so where would I find it (behind the switch on dash?)

find where the blower motor is and see if it is next to it,
it will look like what it is,,,,
........ a coily thing .if not look under bonnet but dont confuse with dim /dip because these coils used to look the same.

Ok, thanks oldman, I think the motor is behind dash, maybe I can get at it without removing dash by reaching behind!
