Hi I am thinking about buying a pipercross induction kit for my 04 corsa sxi..Just looking for your comments..is it worthwhile, how much extra performance can I expect, how easy are they to fit.or am I wasting my hard earned cash?

Waste of money imo. Will make it noisier, and therefore feel faster, but thats about all.
The Vauxhall engineers probably knew what they were doing when they designed the original. Oh, and if you do fit the kit, remember to tell your insurer.

To directly suggest that you would be wasting your money might contravene the naming and shaming rules of this site.
I would, however, suggest that the standard induction system won't be particularly restrictive - the advertising idea that GM design a good engine and then artificially ruin in by specifying a poor induction system is more than a little naive.
How will a non-standard induction system affect your car's warranty?
The extra noise these systems deliver is not always welcome - especially if you do some longer journeys.
Now, please don't take this the wrong way... but I would also suggest that the best value for money modification to help you make rapid, safe progress, is probably an advanced driving course.

nope, will sound great when accelerating, might add a few bhp, but you won't notice it, certainly not on a corsa.
There's not really much you can do to improve the performance of a Corsa. You might think of switching to a Saxo VTR or whatever it's called, as it's relatively rapid.
