Thanks for the link, the local radio has had Highways Agency adverts for the road works for the last few weeks. It should be fun in the mornings for the next six months, that junction is very slow even without roadworks.

Runcorn is a place I avoid like the plague.
You are constantly going round in circles even though the road maps state otherwise.

I had a better look this morning, there is one gantry right at the bottom of the viaduct, one just as you are about to merge with the motorway from Runcorn/Frodsham, and they are just installing another around the 300 yard marker before the exit for Runcorn, all on the side heading for Chester.

I also avoid Runcorn like I avoid clichés: like the plague...
Not because of the traffic, but because of "Two pints of Lager and a packet of Crisps". I don't want to meet people like that!
