That is very, very cheap. - the Garmin i3 is still around £130 from Staples, and I see that PC World/Dixons are doing the Garmin c320 instore for £150 - the latter is an especially good device, but neither of those are also an organiser like the rx1710 - Does anyone know what GPS software it's running and the map coverage?

My friend got one of these at xmas and I have borrowed it a couple of times and found it very good. I don't have any experience of any other sat nav but found that this did everything I needed it to do.
Postcode identification to the first number of the second bit ie ML1 1, then street selection to door number.
Points of Interests, saved addresses and a nice big screen as well.
IIRC that price is actually very good as he had to buy the cradle and sat nav software separately.
Re the PDA side of it , I honestly have no idea how good or bad that is as I never used it.
I am actually getting more and more tempted as I write this - anyone know if the PDA side of it is any good?

Looks to be light on memory but should be fine for use as calendar, contacts, sync email.
The OS is the second most recent version of Windows for PDA and is pretty decent. Certainly it should do the job but you may need a SD card (1Gb for £19 from ebuyer!)

HP often rebrands many other manufacturers products under its own name - some of the recent Medion PDAs from Aldi have been from the same manufacturer.
