Got a problem with the girlfriends car.
She has a Fiat Cinquecento (sp?) and when on side lights and dipped, there is no difference but when you put them on full, they do change.
The bulbs are about bright as David Beckham anyway, but at least they worked before.
I checked the fuses and all seems fine. Anyone recommend the next step to find out whats wrong / fix the problem???

I think that the dipped and full beam on it are on the same bulbs though, so would the full beam still work if the bulbs had gone?

Yes ,you need to take them out to examine them.

How will I tell if they have blown or not? Will they look black or something?!?!

You should be able to see if one of the two filaments has gone in the bulb.

Fillaments looked in tact, but the end of the bulb was looking a bit brown / black!
