VAG dealer labour charges. - malteser
Could anyone give me an idea of what a middle of the road VAG (Skoda in my case!) dealer, charges per hour for standard servicing operations?

Don't know if it's middle of the road Rog but it's middle of the Country in Staffordshire and I think it's £85 an hour.

The 1st service on SWMBO's Polo cost £209 in Sussex. I believe it is little more than an oil change, so the rate per hour must be extortionate!

First service on my gttdi was £90 pound.
If they had charged me over 200 notes i would of picked the car up and chucked it at them!!

My Fabia has had two annual services (third due soon). I can't remember the exact amounts but it would have been roughly £180 on both occasions.

First service on our Zafira DTI cost £99, this years service ( second) will cost £139. Your VAG garage is ripping you off.
