180bhp Golf GTI 1.8T ?? - Webbman
I got this info regarding about about a Golf 180bhp GTI 1.8T :

I've been told by VW in Morecambe its penned for a UK release around April/May....


I hope its true as i might even part ex my current Golf GTI..

Maybe this is the 25th anniversary GTI, already available in Germany. Also has extra body kit, metal trim inside, specials recaro seats etc.

Its really hard getting info of that car at the moment, no one at our vw dealer know much about the car itself.......I would love to get one if they bother to release it in the UK....

Should be happening. It's basically a SEAT Leon 20VT with a Golf body.

Just read the article on VW Vortex. That is one sweeeeet Golf. I love those Recaros. I would only buy one if it had a 150bhp TDi engine in though! (and I had some money :( )
