Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec.. Ticking sound???

Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec.. Ticking sound??? - max846
HI all....
I have started to notice what I can only describe as a high pitched ticking sound coming from cam belt/ alternator area of engine...
Cam belt was changed in late 2004.. Any ideas?? Please help worlds most un-technical person here!!!!!
