Just get your dealer to replace them under the 3 year warranty. If they won't, then contact Toyota UK.

Toyota seem to have an alloy problem and it is not one model it aplies equally to nearly all

Is this the Yaris off Ebay?
|
Yes Henry it was on Ebay, but not the lot I posted for a valuation. I was intrigued by this bubbling, but the opportunity to buy this Yaris has gone.
My car buying aspirations now lie with Joe Dowd and a switch to an Almera 1.5SE
Best wishes

In my experience, 'bubbling alloys' is due, mainly, to a poor preparation of the aluminium alloy surface prior to powder coating. It appears that some manufacturers, to save money, leave quite a rough finish on the metal mostly on the non-visible side, but also increasingly on the visible side.
This gives for a very poor surface that requires cleaning prior to powder coating. The visible side only is then covered in a polyurethane varnish.

Happened to a neighbour's Celica after a couple of years. All wheels changed under warranty (after a bit of a fight).

It is a known problem with the wheels - go back to the dealer and they will get them replaced under warranty without any trouble.
