Was at the services Northbound M40 Warwick yesterday and noticed a new Highways Agency Information terminal within the foyer consisted of a large Flat screen at high level and a smaller 17" tft at lower level presumably for interactive use. However both were just displaying a Microsoft pop up window.
Does anyone know what these will be providing and will they be going National?

Probably for drivers to tell THEM what is happening on the roads, so it can be input into their database, as they dont seem to know most of the time !
