Thanks - will have to try it. Rememeber using a similar service provided by Aston Green Audi (as was) in Reading/Slough and found it v useful. At the time though I was doing almost 40,000 miles a year, and the '99 A4 needed a service every 10,000 miles. Trouble is, our CC is 16 months old and has only done 8,000 miles. It won't need a service until its 2 in November!

Don't forget the 'Special Conditions' on page 4 of your service book though...
'In the event of use in certain extreme conditions:
* door to door
* urban driving
* repeated short journeys, cold engine at low temperatures etc.
RENAULT recommends that you contact their network and have the oil changed every 10000 miles or once a year.'

Whoops - thanks for that. Might be worth checking with the dealer then. To be fair, I don't think the conditions it's subjected to are extreme, it's just not used as much as it should be...

Never had a problem myself :-)
Our Renaults have not been the main car, so are perhaps used a little more lightly than some, but touch wood no problems yet...
