Clio Mk2 Clicking noise

Clio Mk2 Clicking noise - f49h
Hi
When i try and start my clio there is a clicking noise and the enginge dosn't turn over.
Could it be a jammed starter motor.( where is it by the way)
Or is it something else

Its more likely to be a battery going flat
