Wonderful! Not a single car to be seen, clover already growing out of the cracks in the roads and nothing to be heard but the yapping of urban foxes, the sneezing of recently arrived Canada geese and the panting of people trying to cut their journey times on push bikes. Ken must be a genius!

This is three(?) year old news from the day the C started?. It did have quite a dramatic effect in the beginning; the drift back took about six weeks.

Its a compilation of old emails. Note the last email was referring to a £5 charge. Its been £8 for a while.
Isn't it exactly 3 years today that the charge was introduced?
