can anyone tell me where the lambda sensor is and how to change it.Also the temperture sensor does anyone know how to fit a flame trap box its a 1998 r reg

The lambda sensor is that small sticky out thing approx half way down the exhaust downpipes with a wire coming from it.
No idea about the rest of your question - sorry.
