Could I just say that the RAC ad with the man in rocket boots is so lame that if I was a member I would resign.

Yup it is very grim! The ad agency need to be shot personally, it's bad not only visually but script wise, a 12 year old could have come up with better!
Still never been an RAC member and never will be so do I care, nope!

maybe they didn't employ an advertsing agency, they got the actuaries to come up with a few ideas in their spare time.

Possibly an example of the chairman over-riding his marketing department, which is how we ended up with Michael Winner making us all consider emigration as a serious alternative to having to endure any more of his "Calm Down Dear" ads
