Performance calculator - AN Other
Have a go at:

www.letstorquebhp.com/calculator.asp

Not far off for my current car, but amusingly rejects most older stuff on the grounds of puny power outputs...

Obviously can't take wind resistance into account, but how realistic do you think its figures are?

Performance calculator - David Horn
It seems to think my car has a top speed of 78MPH, when I've had a (theoretical of course!) indicated 115 from it.

Not top speed David, 'terminal speed' is the speed the car is doing when the car goes through the 1/4 mile mark at full acceleration.

Performance calculator - Robbie
Put in the details of my Accord Tourer and it says:

Power at Flywheel (BHP) : 140
Weight without Driver (KG) : 1602
Power to Weight Ratio (BHP Per Ton) : 88.79
Invalid Entry : Power to Weight Ratio must be between 95 and 700 BHP/Ton

According to Honda the kerbweight is 1602kg and ps is 140.
