thick or thinner - storme
does fully synthetic get thicker or thinner as it heats up??

ie when it is 1st cold it is thicker than when at operating temperature

All oils thin with use, a typical 5w-40 will be 800cst at 0degC and 14cst at 100degC - That's a lot of thinning!
