Look Out! The Police are About! - Hamsafar
Apparently, the Police in Birmingham have taken to opening car doors in Birmingham while people are stood waiting at traffic lights and other queues in an anti-crime initiative!
It is a shock tactic, and then they verbally warn you.

I'm sorry, but if this happened to me, there would be merry hell to play! They're now so PC that they have to all the while pick on potential victims instead of potential villains.
