Astra SRi traction control - Thinline
Question: I have an Astra 2003 with 'two way intervention' traction control. What does the 'two way intervention' mean. I have asked my local dealer and they weren't sure?

It means it 'intervenes' in two different ways as appropriate.

a) Braking any resepective roadwheel/s

b) Reducing engine output

As above but the other way round.

Firstly by reducing engine output, if wheel slip is still detected the appropriate wheel(s) are braked.
