Renault Clio 1.6 V plate. Gearbox prob

Renault Clio 1.6 V plate. Gearbox prob - Mr. D
The car has done 52K, regularly serviced. I am having difficulty when changing between 2nd and 3rd, sometimes I have to go into neutral clutch up and then into 3rd, other gears apart from 5th are also a little 'notchy'. Linkage or gearbox?
