Ask your dealer to replace the discs and pads on warranty.

No worries. Delphi back discs for a late Mondeo are about £25 a pair. Pads are about £18. Stick with Mintex/Delphi/Ferodo pads and Delphi or Mintex discs.

Delphi part number LP1853 - probably under £25 from a factor. Hyundai parts are always extremely expensive from the main dealer (that what pays for the 5-year warranty).
