Toyo tyres - Any good or bad experiences with them.

I replaced some Dunlops on my A2 with them - the Dunlops were not available and due to the strange size there were only four options. Michelin were £130 each, Toyos were £70 and the Toyos had a similar tread pattern to the Dunlops. The Toyos were better than the Dunlop in terms of reduced road noise, the test results given on mytyres indicate them to be better than the Dunlops over a number of different criteria. I only owned the car for a few months after having them fitted so no idea about longevity or how they perform once part worn.

Have used Toyos on our cars for the last few years and have found them to be the best I have used.
Very grippy and road noise low compared to previous Dunlops and Good Year.
Wear rate accceptable taking into account how well they perform.

Toyos seem to be good tyres. Have quite a following amongst the Jap sports car fanatics. I had some on a car a couple of years ago and had no problems.

i had some a while back..they wore down quiet quickly, otherwise they were fine

Have them on my car. Very sticky and low road noise, and my Dad also uses them on his. Highly recommend.
