Just had a first ride in the new Discovery 3 V6 Diesel.
Stunning.

Yes I drove my friend's Series 3 Disco with the Jaguar engine. Yes a brilliant vehicle but oh the quality... Its been back about 5 times for repairs, some quite worrying. Recently he got up at 5.30 am to drive two hours to the airport for his annual holiday. Totally dead (again). He transferred to his old Mercedes 300 G wagen (now 20 years old and over 200,000 miles) which as always started first time. He had a slower run than intended but at least he got there!
If I won the lottery (which I don't do)...
BMW M5, Toyota Landcruiser, Skoda Fabia VRs and battered Ford Transit.

I thought that the last photo was the rear view of a Boxter...
Cheap speed though. Puts VW into shame with the Veyron.

Espada III - well if you have a family and need a Lamborghini, what else do you drive?

You've got to be in it to win it....:-)
Even then it's 14 million to one you won't....
I'd have a harem of cars all dedicated to particular duties and pick which was appropriate to the task in hand.
Plus a stable of the greatest and quickest performances cars around.
However, I'd probably have to win the lottery a few times to accomplish it as well as buy the new house, give the offspring a few quid and keep SWMBO in the manner to which she has become accustomed.

One of those Range Rover Sports will do me. Saw one today, awesome in black.

They do look nice but I have to say, even though I'm not a 4x4 man, I'd rather have a "classic" one. I don't know why though.
Mind you, I still wouldn't turn my nose up at a meagre Sport model.

Look a bit compromised to me, something to do with the big black bit at the base of the windscreen obscuring the dashboard.
