Hello Again Chaps ('esses'),
I know that there are many different variations on the post 2000 Mondeo diesels but can anyone confirm that there is a '5' speed manual TDCI 130 ZETEC ( 2002 ).
Reason I ask is that I thought that all of the 130 diesels came with a six speed box.
Having never driven one how can you physically tell the difference between the 115 and 130 models,

Yes there certainly was and I drive one. The TDCI originally came with a 5 speed box and the 6 speed was introduced in spring 2003. In terms of engine power I have a feeling there is a white label somewhere on the engine on mine that says 130 (amongst other things) on it, although I guess that could easily fall off .
