For the first offence, a slap on the wrist is OK.

For the second offence, a slap on the wrist with a meat cleaver would be appropriate.

With CMs permission could I add the words CRIMINALS, SCUMBAGS, or even KILLERS to his suggestion, and would it be appropriate for the Backroom to totally eliminate the word Joyrider from its lexicon, as it has an almost pleasant connotation....
