Renault Megane "Help i'm lost" - Rudd1
Hi, I've currently hiring a renault megane 1.6v, however with the recent bad weather i've been using my screen wash quite abit whilst travelling. The thing is i need to refill this but for the life of me i cannot find the bonnet release handle/button anywhere i the car, i thought it would be under the steering column, but nowt...can anyone help....

Left hand side of the passenger footwell (against the side of the car)?

If it's the old model, it is located low down against the bulkhead on the driver's side.

When I hired one I found no difficulty in finding the release. I have no idea where though, therefore I imagine that Roberson must be right!

I guess it wil be somewhere in side and on the left as they don't change the control over for RHD cars. In my Pug it is on the left side quite tight up under the the glove box. Can be found but is not visible!

Assuming it's the current big bum Megane - indeed it is in the passenger footwell. When you pull it, a plastic thingy springs out of the front grill, you need to pull this when you raise the bonnet.
Voila!
Screenwash is on the left hand side.
