GTI 6 - misfiring when cold - Peter D
Hi, Just acquired this car and very clean it is too. However I have a misfire for the first 10 minutes when cold. When hot is is fine. Coil packs measure 1.3 ohms primary each but there is a very high resistance between the secondary and anything., Is there an arch gap in these Sagem coils that causes this. Any ideas on what the misfire may be would be appreciated. Presently changing plugs and checking all cabling. Regards Peter
