Audi Channel on Sky - Rumfitt
It might be common knowledge already, but if you feel there isn't enough motoring stuff on Sky there's now another channel to feed your addiction...

Dedicated to the aspirational world of Audi, it's channel 259 on Sky.

Early days yet, but some good stuff on the Quatrro legend, lots of inside info on current Audis, and plenty of nice single make car eye candy.

It'll be great if a few more 'interesting' car manufacturers follow suit...

Cheers

I have to admit, I thought you were winding me up but I've just been down to check, and - you're right!

Yes, it's for real - although every sentence uttered has clearly been formulated and approved by the Audi PR/Marketing machine...

But at last, a motoring channel where you can finally find out the exact cubic capacity of the ashtray - never mind the boot! Perhaps this is too real world for some as I longed to hear even the mildest of criticisms - and I'll never slag off Clarkson ever again!

Cheers

I noticed it by accident the other evening when scrolling through the channels. After 3 nights of football the good lady was 'ecstatic' about a dedicated car channel. My explanation that this channel was for her as she drives an Audi, fell on deaf ears!!

I'm a staunch Audi fan, but I must admit this channel stands for YAWN !!
I wouldnt mind if they went into a little more detail about how some of their technical innovations work, but no, just hours of a mixture of motor journalist babble and forgotten motorsport clips.

So no features such as "just how useless are Audi automatic transmissions?" or "£110 an hour labour at a main dealer - mmmmmm that's good value isn't it"
Not that I'm bitter and twisted at all.

I too happened to come across the Audi channel this weekend whilst channel hopping and whenever I switched over it always seemed to be Anneka what-ya-call-her playing sloane ranger in a new A4.
Never watched more than a minute or two, the fact that the picture was constantly breaking up didn't help!
