An interesting, and in places long winded, article about Mr Singh's contention of what possibly happens in the combustion chamber and how to improve it. It is certainly an interesting idea from a recognised performance tuner. It does seem such a shame that none of the big car manufacturers seems willing to speculate a small portion of the R&D budget to test these ideas about the shape of a combustion chamber.
If he has found a way to increase the burn percentage of fuel without knock, then he may have found the holy grail to increase engine performance and reduce fuel consumption.
If fuel savings of the order of 10% were achieved this would be significant, but if it was over 30% then it would be revolutionary. Added benefits for the world would be reduced polution and extension of the oil reserves. Mr Singh could well become a very rich man, provided he can obtain the funding to confirm his ideas.

You know, I reckon with a dremel and a bottle of acetone I could save at least 2k a year here.
