Are the cars near you actually any good and what you want?
Offer 20% below screen price and state clearly that you have the cash immediately available. You seem to have alot of choice, but remember that cargiant do not discount at all - take it or leave it.

157 miles 1 way but can get coach for £14 then tube to carcraft.
I haven't looked at the cars locally but want a estate proberly do max of 10000 miles a year so not enough mileage to make a diesel a major factor?

Given the distance, Egor, I would look closer to home - there are lots of these supermarket type places about. Tell us where you are, then someone may be able to recommend somewhere closer to home.

No point in buying a diesel specifically for just 10,000miles pa. You are too far and too much effort to save a couple of £00s.
There are loads of Mondeos around, even estates, so look locally, or to the nearest big city if you are rural - It can't be more than 50 miles away if you are 157 miles from London.

Your problem with buying any distance away from where you live egor is if anything goes wrong with the car.
Unless they are under a Ford warranty it means of course that only the supplier is going to do anything for you and thats one heck of a distance away from you.
