Hi all,
I have spent a while Googling in vain.

Does anyone know if a 2001 Peugeot 206 1.9D LX has a Turbo or not? My girlfriend is thinking of buying one. She wants something quicker than her Renault Clio 1.4 RN petrol.
I've suggested to her that if the Pug does not have a Turbo then forget it.

I think this has the DW8 non turbo engine that is based on the ancient (albeit well proven) XU9D unit.

Even without the turbo it wont be any slower than the clio. And a much more modern car to boot.

Save up and get a HDi. Far far far nicer engine, as one would expect being a newer design.
