Corsa single point injector clean

Corsa single point injector clean - happyvaux
Hi all,
been searching but can't find any previous posts on how to clean the injector on Corsa 1.4. I know it's not the hardest thing to do, but sometimes hints/tips are useful.

Anyone point me to anywhere?

Best way is to find someone with an ASNU injector cleaning system, otherwise run a couple of bottles of Forte injector cleaner in the last couple of gallons in the fuel tank. If you remove the injector make sure you have the new O rings to refit it with.

Thanks for reply.

I was hoping to remove the injector so I went to order new O rings. Vauxhall said there were 2 types, dependant on the chassis number. One type costs........ £98 Yes £98 for a gasket set which has the O rings in it. ( I don't know what else you get for your money but I hope I've got the other chassis type !) Otherwise I'll add the cleaner & leave the injector in place.

Wynns injection cleaner is also a good product to use if you can't get hold of the Forte stuff.
