Hello.
How old is the 1.1 and how old is the 1.3
I would replace the oil pump to ensure that you get full pressure
And replace the water pump too.
Hope this helps

What exactly are you changing? The whole engine or just the block?
Engine oil pump is exactly the same, I assume the same is true of the water pump, though I'm not 100% on that.
Apart from that, everything is different on the 1.3 vs 1.1, including bore, stroke, and head. Also the 1.3 CFi HCS has a funny exhaust gas heat exchanger which helps cold starting, though you can block the holes in the head and just not use it. Also remember that CFi HCS engines have a lower compression ratio than carb. engines, denoted by a bowl in the piston head. Plus you're looking at a different engine in terms of ignition and fuel mapping.
Unless I had all ancilliaries, I wouldn't do it, though I'm sure someone will be along to tell you how soon :-)

It is usually a good idea to put a new clutch in while the engine is out,not forgetting the release bearing.

Hello.
Iam asking that you change them because they will be quiet worn not because of changes.
