Since replacing the wiper arms on my 94 Mondeo 24v, I've found that as soon as I exceed 90mph (i know, I know) with the wipers on, there's a terrible vibrating noise at the top of the cycle.
Any ideas anyone?

Had that on a Lancia.
I clipped those dreadful looking air blade things on the wipers - supposed to give more pressure on the windscreen, I think.
Anyway, it solved the problem.

p.s. on my Lancia I actually had to break them to get them off, so had I been wrong there wouldn't have been anyway of putting them back.

Fit a new set of genuine (Spoiler) wiper blades, Stuart
All should be well then.

I fitted genuine Ford wiper blades to my Mondeo.
The squeaking drives me mad at most speeds. Perhaps Bosch would be better?

I had this problem on my 97 mondeo, fitted bosch replacements 3 years ago not a moments trouble since.
