A1 Grand Prix - Thommo
First UK race September at Brands. I assume its being televised.

Does anyone have any interest in this? Do you think it will be a success?

Televised? Might make eurosport.

Interest? IF they name the drivers soon. maybe, IF its not rejects from F1 (it will be).

all in all? no interest whatsoever.

Likely to be more eventful than F1 (not difficult!).

If participant multi-nats offer advertising potential it will go to ITV but it would be a great opportunity for BBC to get back into motor racing.

Not any more - F3000 ended last year and has been replaced with GP2.

Another point the local team is the Great Britain team. I would imagine only the English will buy in to this and even then less than an England team. Think they would have been better off with an England team.
