1974 E-type - L'escargot
I've just looked at a "for sale" house and in the garage was a pristine cream-coloured 1974 E-type that the owner claimed had only done 14000 miles. Just out of idle curiosity, how much might it be worth?

L\'escargot by name, but not by nature.
1974 E-type - Altea Ego
And as if by magic, here is the E Type price guide.

1974 E-type - THe Growler
Less the cost of the welding and bodywork.........
1974 E-type - bartycrouch
The E-type was bloated by this time and the only ones that seem worth having are the V12s as they restore the performance to the level you would expect, although they are very different in nature from early series one cars which are far better looking.

I am sure there was a short end of production run of coupes and roadsters only available in black (about 50). I have never seen one for sale.

1974 E-type - Happy Blue!
In the early 1980s I was friendly with a Skoda dealer who was wealthy! and owned one of the last E-type convertibles made. It was a V12 and was a creamy yellow colour.
