Have a look at some of these:

The thing that always makes me laugh, is that for the same amount of money as these boys spend making their cars look stupid, they could probably buy a very decent motor. Saw a programme about a 'modder' as they're called and he'd spent £30k on his Saxo (not including the purchase price)!!!

That looks like a sad version of the A-Team van.

I'm glad we didn't do stupid things like that in my day!

Jacked up rear suspension, sidewinder exhaust, bonnet bulge, whip aerial, etc...

I like the A - team van.

Question? wht dod they never get stopped and caught in a van that distinctive?
Butchery of perfectly good vehicles - Altea Ego
And when Starksy and Hutch were doing "covert observation" in the white stripe Torino, why were they never spotted?
Butchery of perfectly good vehicles - chris_w
I think that Espace is nice....

now look at this A-Team Van...

hehe

Agreed, RF you are chavvy, can't wait to see the Laguna, sewer pipe exhaust, blue lights on the washer jets, next time I am in Woodham!

They're right you know, RF - definitely somewhat Chavvy - and a little slow.

I've a sneaking suspicion that one of those is actually NW's car.

Not quite -- the only embellishment on my cars has been rust. (Apart from the vinyl roof on my Allegro: just about the only bit of the car that wasn't completely wrecked).

But I wouldn't mind this one: www.topgear.com/content/fun_stuff/carbage/carbages.../

I think it's rather cute.

Ok, you've moved to the Dark Side now. That car is sad.

That's one of the things I like about it. The immaculately-polished box on wheels doesn't appeal much to me: this has some of the rough-and-ready charm of the hippy-style hand-painted-while-under-the-influence VW Kombi.

Look guys, you can take the boy out of the east end, but you cant take the east end out of the boy!

Wish I'd never started this thread... there's some pretty weird fetishes amongst this forum's readers!!

A stripey car for gods sake!!!

OK, I will admit that a Polo Harlequin might be an acceptable alternative.

I think this one is great:

Touring car spoiler, 6 (count 'em!) exhausts... and rear drum brakes...
Nice.
Butchery of perfectly good vehicles - Altea Ego
Is it me or does the BTCC spoiler have a distinct list to the port side?

Spent more time than I should have done looking through the Carbage pics last night.

It struck me that some cars deserve a Carbage place even in the condition they left the factory, before any boy racers could get near them!

My nominations are:

Morgan Aero 8: Worst possible mix of retro and modern.

MG SV supercar: Supercar that looks like an early 90's coupe given the full boy racer treatment.

Cheers, Sofa Spud

I always find it amusing when people put spoilers on front wheel drive cars.

"Yeah, guv, it's to help it stick to the road, innit?"

If this is the (late night satellite) programme I saw, they said the car was 'worth' £30,000! And the owner was only 19. Where does a 19 yr old get £30k?
