Citroen Sensodrive - machika
Any views/experience of Citreon's Sensodrive? I have no experience of it but I have read comments, to the effect that it produces jerky changes. Has it not been improved?

Looks like this topic is a bit of a lemon.

Not driven the Citroen version, but if it's anything like the smart's you have to learn how to change gear again! Jerky changes are often caused by drivers who haven't been told/shown how to operate the system properly. This usually means keeping the foor planted firmly on the accelerator during changes, any lift off will induce jerkiness.

Thank you for your input.

I read in a What car? mag that a couple brought one of those silly Pluriel things a couple of years back, in the space of a few months they had endless problems with the transmission because it kept changing down to 2nd gear whilst cruising along at certain speeds!
