What do most BackRoomers do?

I find it a pain to view threaded as you have to click on each message to read it - I'd rather just scroll down one flat thread, with all the new messages at the end - I always try to reply to the last message (but sometimes another message gets in before mine!).

But others reply to older messages and it seems much harder work to figure out what you haven't read and to jump about between threads.

It depends on whose's message you're replying to. Pointless replying to the last message if the person you're replying to is a lot further up - especially in IHAQ, and the Computer threads.
But others reply to older messages and it seems much harder

about between threads.


So you don't get the red coloured word "new" whenever a new message appears then?

I just press Ctrl+F and search the word "new". (without the punctuation marks)

I just scroll down the page looking for the red 'new'.
