Citroen Xsara diesel estate

Citroen Xsara diesel estate - nbHall.
Does anyone know the windscreen washer reservoir capacity of the Xsara 2.0 hdi diesel estate? The handbook usefully tells you that it is 3.5/7 Lts depending on model, having lumped the saloons and estates together on the same page.
Problem is that you can't see how much is in the reservoir and so it is difficult to make up solution of additive if you don't know how much you need. Definitely a design fault on this car.

Would think the 3.7 ltr refers to estate.ie Taking into account rear wash/wipe. 3.5 for saloon front only?

I think the larger capacity reservoir is for cars with headlamp washers, regardless of whether it is the hatchback or the estate.

I always mix it in an empty plastic bottle first - you can save any left over for next time.

What I was about to suggest - make up 3.5litres worth and pour it in. If it's not full, do it again...
