... the Fiesta ST150 on the righthand side of this page (Week's Best Deals Headline News Only Thu, 10 Mar 2005), looks great in white with the stripes, and lovely wheels.

Each to his/her own I suppose. It's a bit small for me and I bet the ride is rock hard. Stripes do look nice, though.

I'd say the opposite, the stripes look tacky. Shelby owners from the U.S would laugh their socks off!

You can select stripes just on the bonnet, or all over or of course not at all.
IF I bought one - and I stress IF, I'd have to get one with stripes but just on the bonnet.
I'd never get one because I love big cars - and whilst it's nice, while there are ST170's and ST220's knocking about, I'd never get one.
Sorry.

... the Fiesta ST150 on the righthand side of this page
Everytime I see it out of the corner of my eye, I keep thinking it's a plod car.
|
I drive an '02 Mondeo (family car) and the wife a '98 Clio (bit small in the back now the kids are growing up), maybe she could have a Scenic or C-Max (she likes the Verso) and I could have fun in an ST150 or similar.
A sound plan, so where's the catch?

Doh, money!

The ST150 looks nice, but from reading a few reports it seems it suffers from style over substance. The Clio 182 Cup was always going to tough to beat - for £10,500 I can't think of anything new that is such a hoot to drive.
