Exhaust Probs - X Reg Corsa SXi - holly1

Had the back box fitted 3 months ago and its driving me mad. Don't know whether its knocking on the actual floor of the car or the rear axle, but its getting worse. Everytime we have a back box fitted to either of our Corsa's we go through this for weeks until it is sorted.

Is it a simple DIY fix? Fed up of going back & forwards to the garage.

Also, if you go for a non-standard exhaust, do they still have a triangular back box?
