Hi, does anyone know the correct gaps for the valve clearances on a '94 Cavalier TD (Isuzu engine)
Thanks,
Jon

According to info from another forum, All inlets should be 0.15mm and exhausts should be 0.25mm, but I cannot guarantee the accuracy of those figures.

After a quick google, 3 other forums also suggest the same measurements as already quoted.

Thanks for that. I've been and checked them and the exhausts are all spot on, but all the inlets are about 0.08mm, so about half the 0.15 they should be. I guess this is enough of a difference to affect the starting, as its a pig to start, worse when cold but bad when hot too.

I would adjust asap. If they are not closing properly, you will burn them out.
