Could someone clarify the policy on posts that are critical of specific companies? I've seen posts edited in the past to remove the company names, yet recently (e.g. the AA thread) this hasn't happened.

Bearing in mind that the final decision is what seems reasonable to us.

Firstly, any comment such as "they charged me for two tyres and only fitted one" would be an accusation of fraud. That, or any other accusation of illegal behaviour is not, nor will it ever be, acceptable.

Criticism of service levels is a bit more difficult. It depends on our judgement at the time, and how generic is the comment.
