Trafficmaster YQ2 V Smartnav - TheGrocer

Any one got the the new Smartnav from trafficmaster? You know the one where you have to push a button on you dash and tell the very nice lady at the other end of the auto connected phone the post codes of where you are going, and a message is sent to your speaker in the car to tell you to turn left right etc whislt avoiding jams. Does it work? Is it better than the Trafficmaster YQ2? Any one got a better soloution

Not quite new, mine is 18 months old.

It worked, so I renewed the subscription. If it hadn't, I'd have been asking for money back. :-)

Not familiar with TrafficMaster YQ2 so can't compare I'm afraid. A quick Google indicates that it's based on the same system but without the routing and other services you get with SmartNav. But then SmartNav costs more.

If it's still on their site, the SmartNav demo is pretty accurate to real life...a bit long to d/l and watch however.

The PDA crowd will be in in a minute so I'll go now... :-)
