vectra 1.8 clutch adjustment - marty
hi all just got hold of a vectra r reg 1.8 but the clutch dosnt bite until the pedal is right up bit of a pain as i have to reverse up a slope at work to park
does anyone out there know if its a simple job like the old cav

Marty,

The differences between a Vectra & Cavalier clutch is that the Vectra is hydraulically operated. Gone are the days of simply adjusting the cable, like on the old Cavalier.

I'll be perfectly honest with you. I have no idea how to adjust the clutch on a Vectra. Hopefully an expert will be along shortly.

or perhaps somebody can tell me how to bleed it just incase there might be air in the system
