Mobil 1 ??

Mobil 1 ?? - Beaks
In my local ASDA i saw Mobil 1 for £17 for a 4 litre bottle. This seemed ridiculously cheap. I could not see any spec on it though. Is is a good buy and is the spec as good as the best VW oil. ( suitable for the wife's 1.2 3 cyl fabia )

That does sound very cheap, if that is for the fully synthetic oil. I will check my local store tomo.

Thanks for responding. I'll check a few other local stores too.

You'll find the specs at the Mobil 1 website. If it fits, snap it up, because it's less than half price (normally £34.99 retail); I I can find some at that price, I'm going to stock up with threee years' worth.

I'm interested because I use it in both my Golf VR6 and my MB; I usually rely on Kwik-Fit for the bargains: being a fixed-price deal at £39.00 (including filter, although I usually supply my own), it gives me £7.09 per litre for the Golf and £5.20 per litre for the MB.
