Several of our contributors are in the emergency services. My brother also happens to be a police officer. Whenever this subject comes up it turns into a sounding board for every little englander with a gripe because they don't always get their version of justice in their (usually singular) dealings with the police.

From reporting the loss of a loved one to 30 pages of paperwork because someone has pulled the race card out of the bag to muddy the case against them, their job sucks. Few of us would want to do it, but we all have an opinion on what they should or shouldn't do.

As this is a motoring forum, this isn't the place to air it. End of subject.
