Joyful Joyriders - frostbite
It has been proposed that joyriders (car thieves to you and me) are to be 'sentenced' to mechanics courses and go-kart racing!

I wonder, will this be before or after the taxpayer funded safari trips?

This has happened since the 1980s in many areas. What a shame these people aren't given the chance to do such things before they commit a string of crimes, and also good kids fon't even get a look in.
There are a lot of youngsters who need something like this as they have no father and the mother is useless, they need a good male role model instead of someone like Eminem. I also worry that all these people will do is learn more about how to hotwire a car, and also, the motor trade is already full of grossly incompetant mechanics, so do we really want more?
